Sgt. Skoczen's Gaspari SuperPump review

As far as the Gaspari SuperPump, it mixes well, and it's by far has the best-tasting of any pre-workout drinks I have used.

I took one scoop about 20-30 min prior to working out and the pump started during my first set and lasted at least 4 hours! Energy and endurance went up that took about about 40 minutes which made for a strong finish at the gym. It (the label) says to drink a gallon of water per day and that holds true. I think being 200+ lbs it should be more like 1.5 gallons because I did feel a little dehydrated until I took in more fluid. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars just because someone will come out with something stronger; they always do. I will be ordering more. Up until I tried this, NO-Xplode was my favorite but I will switch between these every couple months.
